NOTE: I can't figure out the recoil reduction mods (marked in bold), so those values are based on my priliminary findings from building the weapon one step at a time. any insight into how this works exactly would be greatly appreciated.

The red text you find in unique weapons is in the title, but seems to have no effect on weapons other than flair.
